Users

The term “user” refers to any person who browses the website, accessing any of its pages or sections; simply accessing and/or using this website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Should the user wish to purchase any of “La Propietaria’s” products, the sales policies shall also apply and must be strictly adhered to. If the user wishes to contract any of the services offered by “La Propietaria,” the contracting policies shall also apply and must be strictly adhered to.

Use of the Website

All graphic, textual, and multimedia content, photographs, images, videos, or any other digital file format found on the website—hereinafter referred to as “the content”—belongs to “the Owner” and is protected by national and international copyright laws. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the website and may not use it to:

  1. Engaging in activities that are unlawful, illegal, or contrary to morality, public decency, good faith, and public order;

  2. Posting comments or sharing content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, or glorifies terrorism, or that violates human or civil rights in general;

  3. To cause physical, intellectual, or moral harm to “The Owner,” its suppliers, or third parties;

  4. Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage;

  5. Attempting to access and/or use other users' email accounts and modify or tamper with their messages.

“La Propietaria” reserves the right to remove any comments that violate human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, or pornographic; that are harmful to minors; or that threaten public order or safety; or that, in its judgment, are otherwise unsuitable for publication. In any case, “The Owner” shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users in any opinion-sharing feature on the website.

Intellectual property

“The Owner” is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights to the website, as well as to the elements contained therein, which include, but are not limited to: images, sound, photographs, audio, video, software, text, trademarks, logos, color schemes, structure, design, selection of materials used, and the programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, and the reproduction, distribution, and public communication—including making available—of all or part of the website’s content, in any medium and by any technical means, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is expressly prohibited without the authorization of “The Owner.” The user agrees to respect the copyrights owned by “The Owner” and may, consequently, view, print, or store the content on an electronic or virtual device, but solely and exclusively for personal and private use. Under no circumstances may the user distribute, reproduce, or modify the content, whether for a fee or free of charge, to third parties. In any case, the user must always mention “The Owner” as the author and reference the website when sharing any content on social media, and may not modify any of the content, in whole or in part, at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

“The Owner” has implemented all necessary technological measures on the website to prevent damages of any kind that may arise from, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content or in users’ data, and shall not be liable if at any time one of these measures fails as a result of improper and/or abusive use by a third party. The user must at all times refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the website.

Changes

"The Owner" reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it deems appropriate to the website, and may change, remove, or add both the content and services provided through the website, as well as the manner in which they are presented or located, and the website’s design and structure.

“The Owner” has no control over any external links and/or content that may appear on the website and therefore assumes no responsibility for them, nor does it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, truthfulness, or validity of any material or information contained therein, and these external links shall not be construed as implying any association, merger, collaboration, or partnership with the owner and/or operator of the web domain to which they are linked.

Occasionally, this website will include affiliate links, which will be clearly disclosed in advance, marked with an asterisk (*), or both. Right of exclusion

Legal action

“The Owner” may, at any time, take civil or criminal legal action against any person who misuses the content displayed on the website or who fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Spanish law shall apply at all times, and in the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of Luarca, Spain, as this is the registered office of the website owner.
