  • Instagram and Facebook: to promote my work and receive and respond to messages requesting information about my services. This service is provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland, with servers located in the United States.   • Loom: used to record screen videos that are shared with clients. A service provided by Loom Inc., based in San Francisco, California, United States. They have adopted standard data processing clauses approved by the European Commission. You can view their privacy policy here.

  • MailerLite: used to automate marketing newsletters and send advertisements for the products and/or services offered on the website to the data subject’s email address. This service is provided by UAB “MailerLite,” located at J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union. You can view their privacy policy here.

  • PayPal: used to process and collect customer payments. This service is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., which is located in the European Economic Area. You can view their privacy policyhere.

In specific cases, Mónica Durán may use applications or tools that are not included or mentioned in this list, provided that they are a better option for performing a particular task; if this occurs, Mónica Durán will notify her users, clients, or participants, as applicable.

These policies shall at all times be considered a supplement to the terms and conditions set forth on the website, and both shall apply equally in the event of a dispute. The privacy and intellectual property policies applied shall be the same as those set forth in the website’s terms and conditions.
